ONLINE ORDERS:
Once an online order (Mixing, Mastering, Vocal Tuning, Stem Mastering, Production) has been placed, it cannot be cancelled.

IN-STUDIO SESSIONS:
In-studio sessions (Production Room and Mixing Room) may be rescheduled free of charge if you notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled start time. Your booking will be moved to a new date — no monetary refund is issued.

If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice, or do not show up, the session is forfeited — it will not be refunded or credited toward a future booking.

How to reschedule?
Contact us through the Contact form with your booking details, and we'll find you a new slot.
